A little help
Let’s make
room for answers.
Questions about Liltmail, connecting Gmail or your privacy? You can reach the developer directly.
Email the developerIs Liltmail available yet?
Liltmail is in development for iPhone and is not yet available on the App Store. Public Gmail access depends on completion of Google’s app verification. During development, access may be limited to approved test accounts.
How does connecting Gmail work?
Tap the Google sign-in button, sign in with your own Google Account, and review Google’s Gmail permissions. There are no API keys, client IDs or manual server settings to enter in the app. One Gmail account is supported. Workspace accounts depend on administrator permission.
Does mail work without Apple Intelligence?
Yes. Reading, writing, manual attention pins and local reminders remain available without AI. Optional AI features require a supported iPhone, English, Apple Intelligence enabled and a ready on-device model.
Will I get instant new-mail notifications?
Liltmail refreshes on opening, returning to the app and pull-to-refresh. Background refresh is best effort and controlled by iOS. Instant new-mail alerts are not included. Local reminders are separate from new-mail delivery notifications.
What should I include in a support email?
Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, your iPhone model and iOS version. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or private email contents. If you attach a screenshot, remove addresses and sensitive details first.
How do I remove my account?
Use Disconnect Gmail in the app’s account settings. This removes local app data after an unsynced-draft warning; it does not delete messages from Gmail or purchases from the App Store. You can also revoke Liltmail’s access through Google Account connections.
